Corinne von Reding was born in Frankfurt/Main and was later raised in the French part of Switzerland for most of her early life. At the age of 27 Corinne moved to Los Angeles for a career in the film industry and it was at this time that she discovered a true passion for photography.
Following a successful period in LA, Corinne decided to return to Europe in 1990 and studied photography at the Hamburger Fotoschule.For the past twenty years, Corinne has established herself as an accomplished photographer documenting a series of culture, sport, social and real life images throughout the world including locations such as Germany USA, Spain, Argentina, France and Italy.
In 2005 Corinne was asked by the "Cavaletto Association" and the Italian City of Turin to follow the restoration of a famous historic shopping gallery (Galleria Umberto I), in the lead-up to the Winter Olympic Games 2006.
Since 2006 Corinne has become an active member as photographer at the Swiss humanitarian aid unit, otherwise known as the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. In 2009 she supplied images for a popular magazine ADAC (Germany) profiling the famous cook Sarah Wiener who was visiting Emilia Romagna in Italy.
More recently,Corinne’s latest assignments have included a focus on rice production in Europe and the publication of a book entitled "La capela dela Mòta" which focused on Italian life (2010) Corinne currently works for a number European equestrian magazines as well as the equestrian industry.
She has been described as “a very creative photographer, with an impressive skill of capturing the most significant aspects of a location or an event. Professional, experienced and very fast.”
Outside of her busy professional photographic schedule, Corinne enjoys pursuing her leisure and social interests including skiing, horseriding and reading.

Info per interessati: reportage articolato sulla coltivazione del riso in Europa, dall’Italia, prima produttore europeo, alla Francia, con curiosità sull’introduzione della produzione del riso per consumo umano in Camargue ad opera di lavoranti indocinesi, attraverso la Spagna fino alle nuove risaie impiantate in Svizzera e Ungheria. Con un occhio di riguardo a dove sta portando la ricerca e la sperimentazione di nuove qualità.
